Support - support packages

We offer extensive support packages for the Match4J software. With the combination of guaranteed 24 or 48 hour support and our experienced support staff, we can give you all the support you need.

A Match4J license is shipped with a basic support package, that includes 30 days email support. If you need additional support we offer several support packages. A single support package can be used for more than 1 license, so you can for example have a single support license for 5 Match4J licenses.

** Except for the basic support package, the support packages include updates for 1 license and are valid for one year. All prices are excluding VAT. Support is available on working days only (monday to Friday).
